What you’ll be doing…
Your key responsibilities as the Deputy Head of Hospitality will include :
Managing a large team of enthusiastic peopleOverseeing day-to-day operationsLiaising with internal bookers and event organizersProducing detailed event planners (including catering, costs, invoicing, itineraries, room setups, entertainment, AV, etc.)Conducting menu tastings while planning events with clientsDeveloping events from proposal to delivery, including setting, communicating, and maintaining project timelines and prioritiesManaging team members' development and performanceLiaising with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operationsEnsuring health & safety and food safety managementWhat can you bring?
