Your Role : Senior Project Manager

As a pivotal member of the delivery team, you will :

• Lead full lifecycle software projects – delivering on time, within budget, and at the highest quality.
• Shape the Delivery Operating Model – streamline resource planning, end-to-end controls, and efficiency.
• Manage stakeholder engagement – align internal teams, clients, partners on scope, requirements, and outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement – boost effectiveness with ISO 9001 / 27001 best practices.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks – maintain smooth project delivery.
• Track performance – report key metrics to senior leadership.

What You’ll Bring :

Proven track record managing complex IAM software projects (budgets, risks, timelines)

Excellent communicator and relationship-builder across colleague and client teams

Agile proficiency (SCRUM, Kanban boards via ADO) + full SDLC knowledge

Inspiring leader and coach, fostering continuous improvement

Ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects

Experience supporting presales and bid activities

Right to work in the UK, ready for BS7858 screening and possible SC-clearance projects
