The Pub serves modern European food created from fresh seasonal ingredients.

Key responsibilities as Head Chef include :

You should have previous experience as a Head Chef working with quality fresh food in a busy cook to order environment. You should have a flair for creating new and exciting dishes, be fully conversant with all H&S and Food Hygiene legislation, be able to write and cost menus, train and develop new team members; and have a calm attitude within a pressurised environment.
