Job Description

Hawksworth is recruiting for a Senior Middle-Office Specialist at VP level. This senior role within the middle-office supports the Corporate and Leverage Finance Front-Office teams.

• Senior-Level / Middle-Office supporting Front-Office Corporate & Leverage Finance teams
• Title : Agency & Transaction Management Analyst (Corporate Leverage Finance)
• 80k-£90k + Bonus + Package
• Location : London, City
• Client : European Investment Bank
• Hybrid working : 3 days in the office per week

The role :

Provide middle-office support for activities conducted by International Trade and Transaction Banking, and Corporate & Leverage Finance. Manage complex loans as an agent or participant autonomously and support team operations.

Demonstrate expertise in financing and loan documentation.

Act as a liaison between Front-Offices and Back Office, assisting in the execution of facilities.
