Our client believes lifestyle and great design go hand-in-hand. With offices throughout the United Kingdom, their team tackles diverse, intellectually challenging projects, delivering innovative design and engineering solutions.

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking to hire an Architect

Responsibilities for this role include, but may not be limited to :

Comprehend and develop design projects
Prepare and refine drawings, models, and images
Coordinate with internal design teams and external organisations
Take responsibility for specific design areas as directed
Maintain evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) and an annual Personal Development Plan (PDP)
Adhere to company procedures and standards
Assist in other tasks as required

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience :

Essential Skills And Qualities

Legal eligibility to work in the country of the position

Strong design decision-making and presentation skills

Proficiency in various media for design development and documentation

Initiative and responsiveness to direction

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Commitment to lifelong learning and flexibility towards new working methods

Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage sensitive information

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks

Team player with the ability to build relationships at all levels

Resilience and calmness under pressure

Desirable Skills

Understanding of the architect's role in project coordination and management

Experience in managing junior assistant architects

Knowledge of financial aspects of design projects

Proficiency in software such as Revit, PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite
