Pulse has recently partnered with one of the UK’s leading providers of diagnostic and healthcare solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced Lead Occupational Therapist to provide clinical leadership for the service. The role is based in Cambridge, accessible via public transport.

About the role :

As a Lead Occupational Therapist, you will work independently within the framework of service policies and procedures, supporting the MDT and Clinical Governance structures to develop and ensure quality assurance.

  • Work within service policies and procedures
  • Support service development and quality assurance within MDT and Clinical Governance
  • Maintain safeguarding culture and involve pupils in decisions affecting them
  • Candidate requirements :

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Registered with HCPC
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and / or autism with additional needs
  • Strategic leadership skills
  • Collaborative working skills with key partners
  • Sensitivity and conflict resolution skills
  • Relevant professional development
  • Post-qualification experience with adults
  • Experience in lecturing / training
