A newly opening Japanese Ramen shop in London is seeking a Shop Manager who will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the ramen shop in London.
This ramen shop is launching its very first shop in the UK and is looking for a highly motivated individual to play a key role in establishing the brand.
The responsibilities will include customer service, team management, cashing up and reporting, inventory and ordering from suppliers, optimising profits, and ensuring that guests are satisfied with the service.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about expanding the shops in the UK in the future and those who enjoy driving positive change within organizations, interacting with customers.

Shop Manager Main Duties :
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant,Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational proceduresRecruit staff and oversee staff trainingSet staff work schedules and monitor staff performanceControl inventory, labour costs, monitor revenues and procedures and pricesResolve customer complaints and ensure food safety & health and safety regulations are followedNegotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other suppliesNegotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions.Shop Manager Ideal Candidate :
