YOUR MISSIONS
Working closely with client business teams, you as a Senior Workday Consultant will lead functional areas, drive the scope, definition and delivery of Workday solutions that are fit for purpose
As a Workday Senior Consultant in HR-Path, you’ll be a key part of the team, to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base. You will build relationships with our customers to understand their needsAs Senior Workday Consultant you will also be responsible for coaching more junior consultants and will be involved in pre-sales activitiesThe Senior Workday Consultant can participate in every phase of a Workday HCM implementation from offer to production support and can take up several roles during an implementation, being : Functional Lead, Analyst & Solution Designer, Tester and TrainerNext to the projects the Senior Workday Consultant participates in can lead the development and optimization of our propositions and differentiators to further grow or businessA high level of flexibility is required, including willingness to travel to customer sites or to attend Global eventsYOUR PROFILE
In depth knowledge of Human Capital ManagementExperience in implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions for clientsThe ability to challenge and design HR solutions, in line with client’s expectationsTranslate client’s requirements into possible configuration optionsAdvise customers on solution evolutions as it applies to their implementationDemonstrate functional experience in facilitating workshops, writing design documents, user acceptance testing, providing end-user training of the final solutionDemonstrate and facilitate the customer requirement workshops / sessions to ensure successful deliverables, including the preparation of documentation and presentationsFollow Workday Methodology to ensure implementation modules of a functional solution are adapted to the customer's needsPivotal team player with an excellent attitude - Lead and support the project team in the deployment or evolution of the solutionPrepare and lead design workshops on the subjects masteredControl and maintain best practice approach, and the highest quality levels of service provided to the clientRegular participant in sales activities and responsible providing input to work estimatesDemonstrated functional experience in facilitating workshops, writing design documents, user acceptance testing, providing end-user training of the final solutionDemonstrated effective project experienceEffective prioritisation of tasks and managing personal timeWorking with minimal supervision and supervising othersExcellent English language skills, written, oral and presentation, any additional language is appreciatedExperience of 10 complete Workday project life cycle is an assetWorkday Core HCM certificationWHAT WE OFFER
