We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Head Chef to lead a kitchen team in a busy workplace catering environment. What You'll Do :
- Take responsibility for day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver seasonal menus for staff meals and hospitality functions.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Monitor and manage food costs and stock levels within budget.
- Work closely with service teams to provide a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
- Keep menus up to date by incorporating feedback and current food trends.
What We’re Looking For :
Previous experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen role.Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent cooking skills with a focus on quality and consistency.Good understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen management.Ability to manage budgets and control food costs effectively.A hands-on approach with a positive and professional attitude.What You’ll Get :
