As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key link between the company and its clients, ensuring their needs are met with top-tier solutions. You'll nurture existing relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver tailored IT & Telecoms services.

Role & Responsibilities :
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional serviceVisit client sites across Sheffield and surrounding areasProvide expert advice and solutions tailored to client needsAct as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction.Collaborate with technical teams to deliver seamless supportIdentify opportunities for account growth and new businessSkills & Experience
Proven experience in effective account management or a similar customer-facing sales roleKnowledge of IT or telephone solutions, including hardware, software, and systemsA full UK driving license (essential for client visits)Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to understand client requirements and provide effective solutionsStrong time management and organisational abilities
