About the Role

We're seeking an entrepreneurial IT Architect – Manager to lead strategic IT projects across a diverse portfolio of clients. You will :

  • Design and implement robust IT architecture strategies aligned with business goals
  • Advise C-suite stakeholders and investors on digital transformation opportunities
  • Lead infrastructure due diligence, cloud adoption, DevOps optimisation, and cybersecurity improvements
  • Support business development, pitch technology solutions, and build long-term client partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional experts (data, product, UX) to deliver lasting value

You’ll work in small, high-impact teams to drive results, with the autonomy to shape project direction and client strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–6+ years of experience in IT consulting or digital transformation
  • A strong background in systems architecture, integration, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • A track record of advising senior stakeholders and leading technical teams
  • Passion for emerging technologies like AI, cybersecurity, and DevOps
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Fluency in English; French or German is a plus
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in or with private equity-backed businesses or early-stage scaleups.
