Role : Facilities Assistant Location : Sale Water Rate : £13.50 per hour Hours : 38 hours per week on average (10-hour days, allowing for several weekdays off) Schedule : Must be flexible to work weekends (1 in every 3 weekends)

Key Responsibilities :

General cleaning duties and external work (e.g., grounds maintenance and external cleaning)

Conducting safety inspections of signage and life buoys

Emptying waste bins

Requirements :

Full UK driving licence (use of company vehicle provided)

Valid Basic DBS check
