Job description

Simmi London known fashion-forward designs and an unwavering commitment to quality and style. As we continue to grow our UK and International presence, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team.

The Role :

As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll be the voice of Simmi London – the first point of contact for our stylish customers. The Customer Service Executive's mission will be to deliver a seamless, supportive, and luxury experience that reflects our brand values.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email (Through Zendesk) and social media in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Resolve order issues, delivery questions, and product inquiries with confidence and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and returns
  • Maintain customer records accurately using our CRM systems
  • Identify and report trends in customer feedback to help improve our services and product offerings
  • Resolving Chargebacks
  • Monitoring for Fraudulent Orders
  • Go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations and enhance brand loyalty
  • Monitor Reviews on Trustpilot
  • Overall, to improve customer ratings

What we're looking for :

  • At least 1 year's experience in a customer service or client-facing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Within a feasible commuting distance of Loughton IG10 3TR
  • Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of the Simmi London brand voice and aesthetic
  • A fashion / retail background is a plus
  • Experience using customer service tools (Zendesk, Shopify) is a plus
