The Role :
As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll be the voice of Simmi London – the first point of contact for our stylish customers. The Customer Service Executive's mission will be to deliver a seamless, supportive, and luxury experience that reflects our brand values.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via email (Through Zendesk) and social media in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
- Resolve order issues, delivery questions, and product inquiries with confidence and efficiency.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and returns
- Maintain customer records accurately using our CRM systems
- Identify and report trends in customer feedback to help improve our services and product offerings
- Resolving Chargebacks
- Monitoring for Fraudulent Orders
- Go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations and enhance brand loyalty
- Monitor Reviews on Trustpilot
- Overall, to improve customer ratings
What we're looking for :
