Team Member - Pizza Hut at Glenshire Group

We are currently recruiting for a Team Member as we add Pizza Hut to our business portfolio. This position will be based in Kirkcaldy.

Reports To : Restaurant General Manager

Position Overview : Team Members are versatile, gaining experience in customer service, food preparation, and maintaining restaurant order.

Functional Responsibilities :

Maintain cleanliness and safety for customers and staff
Follow safety, sanitation, and security standards
Execute responsibilities at assigned stations effectively
Know menu items and promotions
Handle cash transactions safely and according to standards

Leadership Responsibilities :

Take ownership of tasks and responsibilities

Lead and mentor peers

Communicate with management to understand business needs

Promote Yum!’s culture and values

Deliver quality work and foster positive relationships

Anticipate customer needs and resolve complaints professionally

Educational & Experience Requirements :

GCSEs or equivalent in core subjects (grades A-D)

Experience in food retail or service preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn new skills

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift up to 10 kg and move items over distances

Stand for 8-12 hours

Work in hot environments above 32°C

Respond in loud settings

Operate kitchen machinery and equipment

Tolerance to exposure to products and sanitizing solutions
