Are you an experienced recruiter in the construction or engineering sectors ? Want to work smarter—not just longer—and be rewarded for your performance with realistic six-figure earning potential!

We’re expanding our US team and looking for a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a high-performing, supportive environment.

The Role :

Specialise in placing top-tier talent across the construction or engineering markets in the U.S.
Build and manage your own desk with support from a highly experienced team.
Focus on delivery and performance— no micromanagement , just results.
Monday to Thursday : 12pm–8pm (to align with US time zones)
Friday : Work from home, 4-hour day
Outside of core hours, we’re flexible —WFH, hybrid, or wherever you do your best work, as long as you’re contributing to team success.
Uncapped monthly commission , based on your revenue at any point in the quarter.
Top billers currently earn between £150k–£200k OTE .
Basic salary of £30,000–£35,000 depending on experience.

What You’ll Bring :

360 recruitment experience, ideally in construction or engineering .

A commercial mindset and proven billing track record.

Confidence working independently and driving your own success.

Based just outside Altrincham town centre —walkable, but with free on-site parking .
