Supporting our clients in developing countries to improve outcomes through delivering capacity building training to organisations, leaders and managers in emerging markets. Contributing to the success of Crown Agents by delivering profitable business results and building our reputation as the leading provider for training in our target markets

Job Purpose

To provide operational support as required for the preparation and running of courses delivered in our London and overseas. Applicants must be able to regularly work from the London office and the role is % UK based

Main Responsibilities of the role

Manage

• Arranging logistics of courses, including travel authorisation, booking flights, liaising with external venues
• Preparing course materials
• Helping to run courses in London venues
• Preparing couriers for overseas deliveries
• Inputting into post-course reports
• Assisting with delegate enquiries and bookings administration
• Role may include assisting other managers within the department, including for sales, marketing and programme management
