We are currently looking for a passionate Finance Assistant to join our Finance Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start, to help us deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and team members. As a Finance Assistant , your main duties and expectations will include :

  • Managing hotel commissions for rooms, group bookings and events.
  • Issuing all accounts receivable (AR) invoices, ensuring they align with provided backup documentation, assisting with adjustments, and supporting payment allocation as needed.
  • Managing the reconciliation of gifted vouchers.
  • Managing the accounts receivable (AR) inbox and responding to inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve current processes.
  • Daily cash reconciliation, investigating and reporting discrepancies.
  • Preparing bank deposit slips and ensuring timely deposits.
  • Replenishing petty cash and cashier floats as needed.
  • You will be required to work 40 hours per week on a shift rota.
