What You'll Do : We’re building a cohesive, high-performing in-house engineering team to drive the development of GenderGP’s technology suite, including web applications, data analytics platforms, AI tools, and internal systems. We’re looking for a versatile Full-Stack Engineer who is passionate about working across the technology stack – from exciting and engaging user experiences through to data processing and integrations..

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with our existing engineering team and product leads to build reliable, user-friendly web applications
• Develop and maintain APIs and services using Python (using frameworks, such as Flask)
• Build and improve modern front-end interfaces using JavaScript (using industry-standard frameworks and libraries, such as React)
• Help define and implement best practices for reusable code, modular architecture, and streamlined deployment
• Contribute to front-end tech stack standardisation and UX consistency
• Support integration between AI, data processing, and user-facing components
