Guide customers through the order process, product selection, sampling, and after-sales support. Proactively resolve queries or concerns to ensure a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to delivery. Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to meet client needs efficiently. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems with relevant information. Assist with the coordination of marketing initiatives, sample distribution, and client events. Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving product lines. Support the wider team on ad hoc projects and communicate regularly with field-based sales representatives. Essential Skills and Experience Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role, ideally in a design, interiors, or specialist product environment. Ability to develop expert knowledge of products and commit to ongoing learning. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, independent approach to tasks. Excellent attention to detail. Clear, professional communication skillsboth written and verbal. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn CRM / order systems.
