Lead the Pack in Frontend Innovation Senior Developer Wanted

Join Pets at Home and help us build exceptional digital experiences for pet lovers across the UK. Were looking for a Senior Frontend Developer whos passionate about performance, accessibility and clean, scalable code.

The role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire.

What Youll Do :

  • Build and optimise modern web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
  • Lead frontend architecture and design within your squad
  • Champion accessibility and performance best practices
  • Write robust unit and end-to-end tests (Jest, Playwright / Cypress)
  • Mentor developers and drive high-quality code through reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features

What You Bring :

  • Extensive frontend development experience
  • Deep knowledge of React, Next.js, SSR / SSG and modern frontend architecture
  • Strong testing skills and experience with Storybook and cloud platforms (Azure a plus)
