Store Manager | Fashion Retail | Street | Up to £30,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Zachary Daniels is recruiting for a Store Manager in Street for a dynamic and customer-focused fashion retail brand. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Store Manager , or a strong Assistant Manager ready to step into full store leadership within a growing business.

As a Store Manager , your responsibilities will include :

  • Taking full ownership of day-to-day retail operations and store performance
  • Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team
  • Driving store sales, KPIs and profitability through strong commercial awareness
  • Ensuring outstanding customer service at all times
  • Managing stock, visual merchandising and store standards
  • Overseeing recruitment, training, performance management and team development
  • Taking responsibility for all aspects of compliance, reporting and P&L

    • We're looking for a retail leader who :

  • Has experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a fashion retail environment
  • Leads from the front with a hands-on, positive management style
  • Is commercial, customer-focused and target-driven
  • Can demonstrate success in team development, sales growth and operational excellence
