Manufacturing Operative

We are recruiting for a Manufacturing Operator to join a well established manufacturing company located in Sheffield that has been in operation for almost half a century and offer a modern manufacturing working environment. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor as a Manufacturing Operator your daily duties will include;

• Assisting and running the line and packing the finished products.
• Ensuring the line is efficiently changed and monitored.
• Performing quality inspection tests on finished products.
• Labelling and packing of finished goods.
• Warehousing duties
• Adhering to all health and safety guidelines.

The successful Manufacturing Operator will preferably have experience in extrusion, injection moulding and blow moulding. Having previous printing experience would be a major advantage, alongside previous experience on counterbalance trucks however this is not essential.

This role would suit someone who has recently been working as a Manufacturing Operator, Production Operative or Machine operator within a manufacturing, production or engineering environment.
