Sales Manager Hybrid with travel to site Job ref : JH / 64114 Client Overview : A private limited company specializing in the manufacture of man-made fibers, particularly high-performance monofilaments. Established in the 80s the company has over three decades of experience in polymer extrusion and fiber technology. Role Overview : The Sales Manager’s primary responsibility is to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in a range of industries within designated territory, the main focus is EU with 80% of business conducted with clients there, 20% will be in the UK with a small amount in Asia. This position is responsible for meeting quotas to deliver sales goals and profitability, consistently providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities :

• Hold commercial responsibility for the UK, Europe, and selected Asian accounts, with travel as required.
• Lead project-based sales activities, ensuring customer needs are met throughout all project stages.
• Manage a global distribution network, including monthly business reviews and performance monitoring.
