Senior Project Manager - Commercial Developer Independent Project Management Consultancy £65,000-£80,000 bonus benefits, London This leading project management consultancy work with Tier 1 real estate developer and investor clients in Central London with several award winning projects in their portfolio. They currently seek a Senior Project Manager to join their team due to a number of new project wins, these are a mix of new build, cut / carve and CAT A with contract values £5m-150m. About you : You will ideally be a chartered project management professional with 4 years experience in a consultancy delivering projects under JCT contract. Additional candidate attributes : Degree qualified in a property related subject Ideally chartered such as MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent 4 years project management experience Experience delivering new build, cut & carve or fit out projects Strong commercial acumen Excellent written and verbal communication They offer : Mentor programme Wellness allowance Annual bonus Private medical Life assurance Annual trip Flex working 1 day per wk
