Job description

Flexera is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Content data analytics capabilities. This strategic role requires a blend of technical acumen, customer insight, and a deep understanding of integration ecosystems.

Responsibilities :

  • Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the Flexera platform's analytics strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and support to drive product development and go-to-market strategies
  • Conduct market research to validate customer needs and ensure our integrations deliver compelling value propositions
  • Develop user stories, define requirements, and prioritize the backlog to align with customer expectations and business goals
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to assess integration performance and inform product decisions
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the Flexera and data analytics, providing guidance and thought leadership both internally and externally
  • Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback, refine product strategy, and identify new opportunities
  • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends, competition, and ServiceNow updates that may impact our integration capabilities

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful integrations, preferably in SaaS or cloud-based environments
  • Strong technical background with the ability to engage with engineers on detailed technical discussions
  • Expertise with ServiceNow's platform, products, and ecosystem
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Experience in agile development environments and familiarity with product management tools and methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges
  • Willingness to travel and engage with customers, partners, and internal teams globally
