Your Mission :
- Be part of the BIG MAMMA kitchen team.
- Work in the pastry section to prepare delicious desserts from scratch, including giant lemon pies and homemade gelato.
- Follow recipes and instructions from the kitchen management team.
- Maintain health & safety standards, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen.
- Create memorable moments for our customers and embody Big Mamma values : warmth, professionalism, teamwork, and problem-solving attitude.
Your Skills :
Passion for Italian food and a big smile.Energetic, proactive, and a team player.Experience or training as a Commis Pastry Chef.Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.Our Offer :
