Location : Winsford and working across Winsford & Northwich GP Practices

Hours : 37 hours per week

Citizens Advice Cheshire West is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Disability Rights Adviser to join our Community Advice Team. The role involves providing specialist advice and support to people with disabilities and long-term health conditions.

This position is funded by the Jackie Farrington Legacy, a former volunteer with lived experience of disability. The project combines direct client support with service development, working closely with our Business Development & Relationship Manager to establish effective partnerships with GP practice staff, ensuring referrals reach those most in need.

You will work in GP practices across Winsford and Northwich, with some home visits and opportunities to work from home. Regular travel across the area is required.
