Location : Remote and site based across Middle East, North Africa & South East Asia

A global healthcare group is seeking a hands-on Construction Director to lead the build of multiple high-acuity hospitals across emerging markets. This is a delivery-focused role for someone who thrives on-site, therefore if you are not flexible to travel to these locations for extended periods regularly - this will not be for you.

Key requirements :

• 10+ years delivering complex hospital builds, greenfield preferred
• Engineering background preferred with technical credibility
• Strong track record of completing projects on time and within budget
• Contractor-side experience essential, demonstrating that you have led delivery
• Flexible to travel and rotate across multiple countries
