Food Technology Teacher

Gold Education Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Food technology teacher to support a good school in Bishops Stortford. The School is seeking to appoint a passionate, inspiring, and enthusiastic Food Technology teacher to join a thriving Technology department. The successful candidate will work collaboratively in a team of experienced colleagues and will be expected to teach Hospitality and catering to A-level to highly able and motivated students and Food Technology to Key stage 3 and 4. As a member of the Gold Education team your Key Responsibilities will be :

• Teach Food Technology to students of various abilities and year groups.
• Teach Hospitality and catering to a cohort of strong, passionate A-level students.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum standards.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to students and parents as required.
• Collaborate with other staff members to support students' overall development and wellbeing.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. The ideal Food technology teacher must have :
• Qualified Teacher Status with a recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching in UK schools
• A passion for teaching and making a difference to children as well as creating a positive impact whilst working in our schools
• Able to adapt well to different schools by being flexible and adjustable to schools policies and procedures In return we offer :
