Behaviour Support Worker – Blackpool :
Prospero Teaching are currently seeking a calm and resilient behaviour support worker to join a school near Blackpool. This is a full-time position to start after Easter.
The Role :
- Providing 1-1 support to pupils with behavioural difficulties
- Implementing effective behaviour management strategies
- Supporting pupils with their emotional and mental health needs
- Working alongside the class teacher and other professionals to create a calm and positive learning environment
