Now hiring aProject Manager / Directorto lead delivery of high-voltage infrastructure and transmission projects. The role is based in the Midlands & East and involves managing large-scale civil and electrical works over several years. Key Responsibilities : Oversee safe, timely, and budget-aligned project delivery. Lead and develop multidisciplinary project teams. Manage mobilisation, planning, cost / resource forecasting, and subcontractor procurement. Maintain strong stakeholder and client relationships. Ensure compliance with quality, commercial, and HSE standards. Drive innovation and continuous improvement across project lifecycle. Candidate Profile : Senior leadership experience on major civil engineering projects, previous HV transmission an advantage. Background in delivering linear cabling infrastructure. 3rd level or trade qualification coupled with ten plus years experience in a similar role. Commercially and contractually astute.
