Job description

CNC Saw Operator / Saw Machinist

We are recruiting for a Sawyer to work for our client who are in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

THE DUTIES OF A CNC SAW OPERATOR :

  • Take the slab of material from stock Quartz / Marble / Granit
  • Vacuum lift to machine
  • Programme / Set and operate CNC Saw machine
  • Machine cuts material holes, then remove piece to polishing table
  • Housekeeping and keep workspace clean and tidy

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS :

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working within a high precision manufacturing background
  • You must have industry experience of programming machines.
  • Ability to work alone using own initiative and be part of a team.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials

    • THE HOURS :

    2 shifts available : fixed days or a fixed lates

    Days Monday Thursday 5am-2.30pm
