Located in the Leeds area, our client is seeking an Air Export Co-ordinator . This is a Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM role.
Salary : GBP 25,000 - 35,000 depending on experience.
Responsibilities include :
- Managing customer service delivery to Air export customers and agents.
- Handling emails and procedural workflows of consignments.
- Following up and resolving operational issues and customer service concerns.
- Conducting Gross Profit analysis, sales invoicing, and ensuring job costing accuracy.
- Promoting business development through telephone sales, prospect follow-ups, and quotations.
- Contributing to operational development and cost-saving initiatives.
- Reviewing processes regularly to identify operational improvements.
- Processing export documents and creating / submitting Customs export Declarations.
- Establishing, managing, and maintaining internal and external relationships.
- Documenting clients' business processes and requirements.
- Managing implementation for new business opportunities.
- Ensuring compliance with HMRC export and import regulations through self-auditing.
- Ensuring accuracy of export and import declarations.
- Issuing monthly client reports (ASM / Boxtop).
