Job descriptionBasic salary ranging from £45,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience Bonuses Car allowance On Target Earnings of £60,000 - £75,000 Fixed geographical area to work in Admin and Operational support including booked appointments and compliance Employee Benefits including Healthcare, employee referral scheme and subscription fees paid Professional development Carrying out Residential Valuation Reports and Private home surveys – Level 1 and 2 Surveys Produce accurate property reports using market leading iPad technology Meeting personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit Attend Regional meetings Experience as a practising Surveyor RICS Membership VRS registered
