Role Summary :
An opportunity for a qualified solicitor to join a remote conveyancing team managing residential transactions end-to-end. You’ll drive caseloads independently while contributing to continuous process improvement in a structure that rewards success with generous monthly bonuses.

Key Responsibilities :
- Transaction Handling : Manage residential property cases (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers) ensuring timely progression
- Client Engagement : Maintain clear communication with clients and third parties to ensure smooth completions
- Compliance & Risk : Ensure all work is compliant with regulatory standards, AML checks, and firm policies
- Operational Excellence : Contribute to process review and refine workflows for better efficiency
- Collaboration : Liaise with colleagues to raise standards and deliver consistent service
