Building Services Engineer Location : Manchester / Remote opportunities  Salary :  Competitive  A Manchester-based consultancy company is looking to hire an experienced and competent Building Services Engineer to join their team to help contribute to the low carbon economy of the future. Their portfolio covers both the public and private sector, focusing on business space, retail, residential, leisure and PPP / PFI. Key responsibilities :   Conducting BREEAM assessments Daylight and overheating calculations SAP assessments  Assisting in Part L compliance  Producing and presenting technical reports What we’re looking for : Candidates with relevant degrees in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Surveying Commutable distance to Manchester or willing to relocate  A passion for sustainability and helping produce low carbon solutions  Knowledge of relevant software (e.g. IESVE)What's on offer?
