Groundworker

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Groundworker to join our Property Services team. If you have experience in brickwork, fencing, and groundworks, and take pride in delivering high-quality repairs that support our tenants and communities, this could be the perfect role for you.

As a Groundworker at Cobalt Housing, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality maintenance and improvement works across our homes and neighbourhoods. Working in both void and tenanted properties, you’ll carry out a range of tasks including brickwork, fencing, flagging, and handyman services.

You’ll be part of a supportive team committed to delivering excellent customer service and contributing to our responsive repairs, voids, and planned maintenance programmes. Your work will directly support our aim of providing safe, sustainable homes and thriving communities.
