Senior Architect

Location : Northampton

Salary : £37000-£45000 (dependent on experience)

An established and respected architectural practice in Northampton is looking to welcome a skilled Senior Architect to their growing team. The practice has a broad range of projects across residential, commercial and public sectors, and the firm is recognised for delivering tailored design solutions and maintaining high standards across all project stages.

Role Overview :

Manage projects across all RIBA stages, from initial concept through to completion

Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams

Develop detailed design and technical documentation

Oversee project timelines and budgets

Support and guide junior colleagues

What We’re Looking For :

Registered Architect with significant post-Part 3 experience

ARB accreditation essential

Solid understanding of current UK building regulations

Strong Revit skills (essential)

Excellent eye for design, technical acumen, and creative problem-solving

Strong communicator with leadership capabilities

Northampton-based or within a reasonable commuting distance
