Base pay range

Business Development Manager – Field Sales

Location : South West Region

Working Hours : 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Compensation : £35k base salary + car allowance + uncapped commission

Benefits : Performance bonuses, exclusive discounts, profit share, additional annual leave increasing with service, 28 days of leave plus bank holidays

Role Overview

This is a new business development role focused on outbound sales and client acquisition. We need someone who thrives on cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation : Identify and target new business opportunities
  • Cold Calling & Outreach : Engage potential clients and build strong relationships
  • Sales Execution : Present and sell fleet management solutions tailored to client needs
  • Market Expansion : Drive brand awareness and establish Autoserve’s presence across the South West
  • Exceed Targets : Consistently achieve and surpass sales KPIs
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Experience : At least 5 years in field sales or business development, with a proven track record of winning new business
  • Skills : Strong communicator and negotiator, able to build rapport and close deals
  • Mindset : Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
  • Driving Licence : A full UK driving licence is essential
