Salary : £35,000 - £50,000

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Commercial Renewals Executive to join our dynamic team. If you have a broker or insurer background, a solid foundation of commercial product knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving targets, we want to hear from you!

• What You’ll Do :
• Manage and convert renewal business in line with company targets.
• Prepare market presentations and renewal reports.
• Liaise with insurers and clients, both pre and post-sale.
• Verify coverage, warranties, and endorsements to align with provided quotations.
• Handle mid-term adjustments and manage incoming / outbound calls.
• Correspond with clients and insurance companies, ensuring excellent service.
• Cross-sell additional products and maintain compliance with FCA regulations.
• What We’re Looking For :
• Commercial insurance experience. If you have any knowledge of Property Owners, Tradesman or SME Package Business it will be an advantage.
• Holding or studying towards Cert CII qualifications (full support for professional development provided).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers.
• High attention to detail, excellent time management, and organisational skills.
• A proactive team player capable of working independently.
