Operations Coordinator Job in Central London
An Operations Coordinator Job is now available with a leading furniture dealership based in Central London. The practice has one of the largest networks of clients in their industry, both within London and across Europe. Salary of up to £30,000 for the right candidate.
Established over two decades ago, our client is one of the most well-connected privately owned furniture dealerships within London. They are now looking to speak to candidates who have experience in operations to join their team in Central London on a permanent basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process orders, liaising with suppliers to confirm product details, delivery dates, and acknowledgements
- Communicate with customers regarding order updates, delivery / installation schedules, and general inquiries
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse / installation teams to ensure timely deliveries and installations
- Support the sales team and project managers on large projects, handling administrative tasks such as RAMs, permit requests, and inductions
- Manage warranty claims and process necessary documentation
- Assist with general office administration, including maintaining supplies, office upkeep, and answering calls.
Required Skills & Experience
At least 1 year UK experience in similar operations roleProficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel experience is essentialExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage and prioritise tasksGood customer service skills.What you get back
