Breakdown :

Base Salary : Up to £55,000 (with Level 5 NVQ + 3+ years experience)

Referral / Occupancy Bonus : Up to £12,000 (for 45 bed homes)

Ofsted Bonus : £3,000 (Outstanding) | £1,500 (Good)
