HR / Operations Administrator
I'm delighted to be recruiting for my Client based in Ossett for an experienced HR / Operations Administrator.
The function of the role is to support the Operations Manager on a day to day basis with the operations of HR / Employee Relation duties.
You will assist and support approximately 30 Field based Employees and will be based at their Head Office.
Duties
- First point of contact for all employee enquiries
- Assist with the recruitment process including scheduling interviews and candidate communication
- Carry out pre-employment checks
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update HR records, systems, and employee files
- Monitor and track employee absences, holidays, and leave
- Support employee wellbeing and engagement activities
- Tracking probation periods and annual reviews
- Support the Operations Manager with any performance and disciplinary concerns
- Assist with payroll data collation and reporting
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
- Keeping risk assessments, company policies and method statements up-to-date on HR system
- Provide general administrative support to the Operations Manager
