The performance, profitability and general success of the restaurant

Overall welfare of the staff

Responsible person for the health and safety

Financial reporting and cost management

Ensure all compliance achieved and maintained

Responsibility for recruitment and maintaining wages percentages

Adhere to the current licensing laws
