EMAR Business Analyst

As part of a large digital transformation my client is looking to implement a new EMAR system and integrate this with existing platforms and requires a business analyst to join the team to lead this project

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead business analysis activities across complex digital transformation across medication management projects
• Play a part on EMAR / EPMA vendor / system selection process
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to enable both quick wins in process optimisations and longer-term transformative changes
• Create end to end customer, staff and supplier journeys and support definition of Target Operating Model
• Develop detailed process maps, data flow diagrams, and system integration models
• Create comprehensive business and functional specifications for all solutions
• Collaborate with IT architects to design and implement innovative digital solutions
• Utilize data analytics and visualization tools to provide actionable insights
• Apply end-to-end systems thinking approach to ensure all process interactions and integrations can be achieved
• Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes
• Create training plans and documentation as require
• Participate in ITT process and procuring solutions through definition of high and low level requirements
• Create as is, to be and gap analysis for agreed processes

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Experience in at least 1 EPMA / EMAR implementation project including vendor selection ,implementation and training

Preferred Certifications :

CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) or CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis)

CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner)
