Job Title : Team Leader - Children's Home

Location : Winsford, Cheshire

Hourly Rate : £15 per hour

Base Salary : £29,259

Sleeps Per Year : £7200

Attendance Bonus Per Year : £1200

Working Hours : 2 on 4 off shift pattern

Number of Sleeps Required : Approx. 10 per month

Pay Per Sleep : £60 per sleep

Service : Children's Home

Service Users : YPs aged 7 to 17 with EBD

Qualifications Required : Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent

Experience in Years Required : Experience as a Residential Support Worker or Senior RSW

Employment Type : Permanent

Number of Beds : 3-bed children's home
Location : Winsford
Type of YPs : Children aged 7 to 17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)

Someone who has completed or is enrolled on the Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or Level 3 Residential Childcare (please note that a Level 3 in Health and Social Care is not deemed equivalent)
