About Us

At Oakfield Residents Ltd (ORL), we oversee Oakfield Estate, a stunning estate of luxury flats near Wimbledon Common, surrounded by incredible grounds and gardens. It is comprised of two high-rise and three low-rise blocks, containing a total of 106 flats.

We pride ourselves on providing a high-level service to our residents and maintaining exceptional accommodation and gardens.

We are now looking for an Estate Maintenance Operative to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm).

The Role

As an Estate Maintenance Operative, you will oversee the general upkeep and cleanliness of all our communal spaces, ensuring work is completed to a high standard. Specifically, you will perform routine maintenance tasks around the estate, conduct regular inspections, and repair or replace broken equipment. You'll also support the Estate Manager and Cleaner during emergencies and ad-hoc tasks, manage inventory, and suggest maintenance improvements.
