Role Profile

As a Chef in our culinary team, you will have responsibility to develop and produce meals for first, business and economy class passengers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing, cooking and presenting a range of dishes
Participate in food presentations for our airline customers
Maintaining a clean and safe workstation
Working in a manner that promotes good health and safety practices Working as part of a team in a customer centric environment
You will also be required to undertake some manual handling / bending and reaching as part of your normal duties

What You’ll Have

Either City & Guilds 706 / 1 or 2 or NVQ Level 1 or 2

Previous catering experience as a Chef

Fully knife trained

To be very familiar with authentic and conventional, as well as contemporary ingredients, with a detailed knowledge of, and experience in, preparing different cuisines

Ability to work on a shift basis including evenings and weekends, with some manual handling / bending and reaching
