Are you an experienced Electrical Estimator looking for your next challenge? We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Estimator to join a well-established and rapidly growing M&E contractor based in London
About the Role :
As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for a wide range of electrical installation projects across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyse tender documents and drawings to prepare detailed electrical cost estimates
- Work closely with clients, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements
- Prepare bills of quantities, take-offs, and pricing schedules
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and lead times
- Contribute to value engineering and project planning during pre-construction
- Support in handover to project delivery teams upon successful award
