Job description

Client Director Role

  • Software Dev technology consultancy company who build the digital journeys that SaaS vendors can’t or won’t try.
  • Ambitions to grow to £100 million and continue their global expansion
  • Location is flexible, occasional access to London, Edinburgh or Manchester

The Role :

  • Start building the strategy to enable growth of the company both domestically and internationally.
  • Whilst driving the commercial growth, be part of the company’s purpose to provide a successful community ecosystem to both employees and the local population
  • Bringing in network of industry contacts to enhance and strengthen the business
  • Reporting to the CEO, you will have a great degree of autonomy to outline your playbook and enhance and build a team that can drive the deals to enable growth. You will need to have a collaborative style and work closely with marketing, ops, delivery directors to support the team
  • The Candidate :

  • Experience in custom software development consultancy
  • Evidence of growing revenues from £45m to £80-100m
  • High IQ and EQ to work with empathy in an organisation with a unique culture
  • Technically aware of the latest trends and practices at a high level
  • Well versed in agile and lean practices
  • The Company :

  • Digital transformation / agile software dev / software and product development / ML
  • Turnover £40 million
  • Clients in Public Sector / Finance / Retail
  • Base £100-120k OTE £200k+
